Mona Farm is a stunning estate in the heritage-listed town of Braidwood, halfway between Batemans Bay and Canberra. The property boasts beautiful historic buildings, award-winning gardens, a brilliant collection of art and sculpture, and luxury accommodation, all on a working farm.

To say I was thrilled for the opportunity to photograph here, would be an understatement, especially for the wedding of such a wonderful couple – Gerrie and Michael.

The wedding day was beautifully planned, and executed to perfection, with gorgeous florals setting off the stunning backdrops of the property, fantastic music and many personal touches that created a warm and intimate atmosphere. The couple chose to use several locations on property including the Crab Apple Lawn for the ceremony, followed by a relaxed garden party with negronis and jazz band by the lake in the sun, and finally the reception in the Woolshed. The beautiful gardens, dotted with  sculptures, as well as the pastel coloured buildings created fantastic additional settings for photography throughout the day.

Here’s a line up of the wedding suppliers from Sydney, South Coast and Canberra that helped to create the magic:
